MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW YOU CAN VIEW
TUESDAY'S WEB BROADCAST OF THE PANEL DISCUSSION

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Here is more information about how anyone around the world can view next Tuesday's (Aug. 17) panel discussion at Indiana University about preventing youth violence. The event, involving the Dalai Lama and a distinguished panel, will be available on the World Wide Web.

IU is videostreaming the program live over broadcast.com on the World Wide Web. Computer viewers will need Microsoft Windows Media Player, which can be downloaded free of charge at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/download/allplayers.asp.

Please note that new users may want to acquire Media Player before the event because it will take phone modem users 20 to 30 minutes to download and install the software from the Microsoft site.

To view the Web broadcast of the event, go to the archived broadcast page for the event. For more information about the conference's other events, go to its web page. The program then will be archived for one month on the Web.
