More specifically, they'll be seeing where famed war correspondent and fellow Hoosier Ernie Pyle reported on the lives of those soldiers in World War II. Follow their journey as they write stories about the trip, some of which will be featured on the journalism school's Web site.

More said they found themselves to be middle of the road in their politics or even conservative.

Journalism students learn while covering the Final Four http://newsinfo.iu.edu/news/page/normal/3190.html Wed, 29 Mar 2006 12:30:00 EST Among the media converging at this year's NCAA men's Final Four in Indianapolis will be a group of 50 college sportswriters who will be involved in a competition of their own. The IU School of Journalism and the U.S. Basketball Writers Association have jointly organized a sportswriting seminar and scholarship competition that will begin Thursday (March 30) at the Bloomington campus.

Among the media converging at this year's NCAA men's Final Four in Indianapolis will be a group of 50 college sportswriters who will be involved in a competition of their own.
