It's time to drag those old electronic devices out of the closet. Electronic Waste Collection Days will take place May 10 and 11 at Indiana University Bloomington and IU South Bend. Reck receives IU President's Medal and Sagamore of the Wabash

Indiana University South Bend Chancellor Una Mae Reck has received two prestigious awards recognizing her 11 years of service. Reck was awarded the IU President's Medal for Excellence and the Sagamore of the Wabash on April 17 at the dedication ceremony of the Education and Arts Building on campus. IU President Michael A. 2013 IU commencement season begins May 3 in Bloomington, concludes May 12 in Indianapolis

McRobbie will preside over 2013 commencement ceremonies this spring on seven campuses statewide, where 18,828 students will be eligible to receive 18,009 IU degrees, as well as 1,286 Purdue University degrees through the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis campus.   Full Story >>

Indiana University to present Distinguished Teaching Awards

In keeping with annual tradition, Indiana University will salute continued great teaching at the university, which marks its founding 193 years ago this spring. Fifteen faculty members and four doctoral students will be recognized for outstanding teaching, research and service to the university. The award recipients teach at IU Bloomington, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, IU East, IU Kokomo, IU Northwest and IU South Bend.   Full Story >>
