IU program and reception to honor departing Provost Karen Hanson

IU faculty named Academic Leadership Program fellows

Indiana University Bloomington today (July 7) announced the selection of faculty members with distinugished leadership ability to participate in the Academic Leadership Program during the 2011-12 academic year. The program is sponsored by the Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC), a consortium of the Big Ten member universities plus the University of Chicago.

Funding for new multidisciplinary projects announced

Two major multidisciplinary projects -- "The In/Visibility of America's 21st Century Wars" seminar and lecture series, and "New Latin@ Film Festival and Conference" -- have been funded with seed money from the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs' Multidisciplinary Ventures and Seminars Fund.   Full Story >>
