The Indiana University Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 8 and 9, on the IU Southeast campus in New Albany, Ind. The board's business meeting will be at 10:45 a.m. Friday in the Hoosier Room West of University Center North.

Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie today, Dec. 1, announced the naming of the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in honor of Indianapolis attorney, banker and civic leader Robert H. McKinney. The school will be known as the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in recognition of the largest gift ever received by the school and one of the largest in legal education.

The board of directors of the Indiana University Building Corp. (IUBC) will meet on Monday (Nov. 14) at 11 a.m. in Bryan Hall 114 on the IU Bloomington campus. The IUBC board will consider a resolution to authorize a financing transaction for the Baseball and Softball Complex on the IU Bloomington campus.

The Trustees of Indiana University today (Oct. 28) approved a plan, unveiled earlier this week, to significantly reduce undergraduate tuition for summer session students beginning in 2012. The vote occurred during a special board meeting at the IU Bloomington campus.

Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie and a dais filled with university trustees, IU administrators, public officials and dignitaries dedicated the university's new $37 million Cyberinfrastructure Building today (Oct. 12) in a ceremony that recognized a 15-year journey to make IU a leader in the uses and applications of information technology.

On Wednesday (Oct. 12), Indiana University will formally dedicate its new state-of-the-art Cyberinfrastructure Building (CIB), the latest addition to the growing IU Technology Park East at 10th Street and the Indiana State Road 45/46 Bypass. President Michael A. McRobbie will preside over the ceremony, which will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the atrium of the new building at 2709 E. 10th St.
