Hoosiers crush Stetson
The Indiana men's basketball team changed the lineup to start the second half, providing a spark that resulted in a 32-5 run over the first eight-plus minutes. Indiana fifth-year senior middle linebacker Jeff Thomas and sophomore kicker Mitch Ewald received honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition, the conference announced Nov. 28. Junior defensive tackle Adam Replogle was named Indiana's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award honoree. The league's coaches recognized Thomas, while Ewald was honored by both the coaches and media. The Indiana men's cross country team placed seventh with 257 points at the NCAA Championships for the second-consecutive season on Nov. 21 at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course. Andy Bayer earned All-America honors, the second Hoosier in as many years and 26th overall in program history, placing 39th overall to pace the Hoosiers.
