BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Residents in the Bloomington area can express their opinions about draft healthcare reforms in Indiana during a Healthcare Reform Options Listening Tour public forum.

The listening tour, conducted by Indiana University faculty experts, will be held at IU Bloomington on Nov. 8, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The forum will be held in the Dogwood Room, Mezzanine Level, IU Memorial Union, 900 E. 7th St.

The recommendations were developed by the IU experts at the request of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA). The IU experts include representatives from the IU Schools of Medicine, Law and Public and Environmental Affairs. Following the listening tour, which ends Dec. 6, the experts will work with FSSA to develop a legislative plan for proposed healthcare reforms.
