Background:
Before joining the Kelley School of Business, Brenda spent 10 years in Human Resources where she designed and taught over 50 workshop topics to university staff. Her work also included mediation for teams in conflict. Brenda regularly consults with organizations to identify training needs and to develop and present experiential training workshops.Brenda has published on book, "Administrative Assistant," a workbook designed to improve the skills of administrative professionals.
