A new IUPUI campus on County Line Road will feature innovations not available at other colleges.
"We're going to try some real cutting-edge things in Greenwood," said James Johnson, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis' director of off-campus operations.
The opening of the IUPUI campus in Greenwood in January at the start of the spring semester will give Johnson County and southern Marion County residents more higher-education options closer to home.
It will serve about 375 students per semester or about 1,000 students a year, Johnson said. Johnson County is one of the top three counties from which IUPUI draws students, he said.
