IU Law professor: Court decision in death-penalty case no surprise

Indiana University Bloomington law professor Jody Madeira is available to discuss with news media the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to deny a rehearing on Kennedy v. Louisiana, the case in which the Court struck down the death penalty for child rape. The Court voted 7-2 on Tuesday not to reconsider the decision it reached last June.   Full Story >>
