IU Welcomes In #19 Minnesota and Iowa This Weekend

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University volleyball team (17-7 overall, 5-7 Big Ten) hosts a pair of Big Ten matches this weekend inside University Gym, welcoming in the 19th-ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers (17-7, 7-5) and Iowa Hawkeyes (6-15, 1-11) for Friday and Saturday night contests, respectively. Both matches are slated for 7 p.m. first serves.
Dave Leno and Amanda Timmers will be on the call for BigTenNetwork.com's live stream of Friday night's battle with Minnesota. For Saturday, log on to IUHoosiers.com for a live audio broadcast of the ball game, free of charge.
Friday night is also Faculty/Staff Appreciation Night at the U-Gym, where IU faculty and staff, along with a guest, can receive free admission with a valid university ID. In addition, bring your football stub from the Iowa football game and earn $2 admission for Saturday night's volleyball match.
Indiana enters the weekend 34th in the latest RPI rankings. The Hoosiers also received seven votes in this week's AVCA Coaches Top-25 Poll, slotting them 35th nationally.
