BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Cellist Cicely Parnas and accompanist Kati Gleiser, students at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, will be featured each day next week, Dec. 5-9, on American Public Media's Performance Today, the most-listened-to classical music radio show in America.

Both Parnas, a student of Sharon Robinson, and Gleiser, a student of Menahem Pressler, will be featured in performance, and Parnas will be interviewed by host Fred Child as part of American Public Media's Young Artist in Residence Program.

Performance Today is broadcast in Bloomington on WFIU 103.7 FM and on the Web at wfiu.org at 1 p.m. EST each weekday and 1:30 p.m. EST on Wednesdays. Parnas and Gleiser will be on in the second hour of the show, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Beginning Monday, audiences will also be able to listen to the performances, download music and watch videos of the students at performancetoday.publicradio.org.
