Aerobics little help for weight

It's hard to figure. The fitness movement in the United States has unfolded at the same time as an explosion in obesity. The fitness industry has grown, too, so much so there's now a greater variety of ways to exercise than ever before. What gives with this paradox? Three experts in the field of fitness weighed in on this question, providing some insights that are eye-opening. One is Carol Kennedy, an instructor in the Department of Kinesiology at Indiana University Bloomington. Her department is molding the next generation of fitness instructors.
