Clarian Health Partners and Indiana University School of Medicine are the lead partners behind more than $500 million worth of medical buildings being built on the IUPUI campus and near the Downtown Canal. Apart from expansions at Eli Lilly and Co., the current Clarian and medical school-led projects amount to one of the largest construction booms for Indiana's growing life-sciences sector.
