Tuition help is on the way

There is a lot of holiday cheer around this university town and not all of it is stemming from the fact that the football team has finally broken the post season bowl drought and the basketball program seems headed back to expected heights after several blah seasons. A large portion of enthusiasm results from the fact that Indiana University is among a group of major institutions taking steps to make higher education more affordable to lower and middle class families.
