IU starts full-tuition graduate fellowships

Indiana University has raised more than $60 million that will be used to provide full-tuition fellowships for hundreds of graduate students each year, the university will announce Wednesday. A part of the university's overall capital campaign, 5 percent of the interest raised on the money will go to pay for fellowships, and the university will match that amount each year.
