Hoosiers fall at No. 4 Ohio State

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Indiana men's tennis fell for the first time in Big Ten play this season, losing 5-2 at No. 4 Ohio State. The Hoosiers got wins from Josh MacTaggart and Stephen Vogl at three and five singles respectively.

MacTaggart moved to 8-1 in Big Ten play this season, defeating No. 89 Balazs Novak, 7-6, 2-6, 10-4. Vogl took down No. 66 Devin McCarthy at number five 7-5, 5-7, 10-3.

The Hoosiers also got a win at number one doubles, as Santiago Gruter and Jeremy Langer took down the 13th-ranked doubles tandem in the nation, Matt Allare and Peter Kobelt, 9-8.

The Hoosiers return to action when they visit Penn State on Sunday.
