Big Love Photo Gallery Captions

Beginning March 23, the Theatre and Drama department at IUB put on Big Love, an adaptation of Aeschylus's The Suppliant Women. The production brought classical Greek tragedy into the present, weaving together a commentary on gender issues, societal pressures and commercialism, resulting in an alternately amusing and horrifying, slapstick and serious, athletic tale of a group of 50 sisters who flee from Greece to Italy to avoid forced marriage to their cousins.
