Exchanges and refunds now being processed for The Cleveland Orchestra concert at IU Auditorium

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Tickets for The Cleveland Orchestra concert that was scheduled to take place Jan. 20 at 8 p.m. at Indiana University Auditorium may now be exchanged for another event on the IU Auditorium season or refunded. The concert and many residency activities were postponed due to a work stoppage by the musicians of the orchestra.
Discussions regarding a rescheduled concert date are ongoing, but in the meantime ticketholders may obtain an exchange or refund for the tickets that were purchased for the concert in the following ways:
- Exchanges for other events on the IU Auditorium season will be made at the IU Auditorium Box Office, open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Refunds on tickets purchased at IU Auditorium or via IUauditorium.com will be made by phone (812-855-1103) and in person at the IU Auditorium Box Office.
- Refunds on tickets purchased at Ticketmaster.com or via a Ticketmaster phone center will be made by phone through Ticketmaster (800-745-3000).
- Refunds on tickets purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet will be made at the place of purchase.
