BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Indiana University's Live From Bloomington, a committee of Union Board, will present a free concert Saturday, May 1, at Rachael's Cafe, from 7-10 p.m. The indie-pop show will feature the bands Fire On The Red Line, The Henrys and Eric Radoux.
Fire On The Red Line, a recently formed indie rock group consisting of both IU students and Bloomington residents will open. The Henrys, whose four members are studying recording arts at the Jacobs School of Music, will follow with their upbeat twist on folk/pop.
Headlining the night is Eric Radoux, an electro-pop solo musician especially known for his songwriting talent. He is also a member of Varsouviana, a 2010 Live From Bloomington Compilation CD featured band and a staple Bloomington musical act.
Free, warm cookies and coffee will be offered to students preparing for their final exams next week.
