Media advisory: Major announcement about Sen. Richard Lugar and his relationship with IU

EDITORS: On Thursday, Jan. 24, Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie will be joined for a major announcement by former Sen. Richard Lugar and Lee Hamilton, director of the IU Center on Congress.
The event will take place from 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. at the IU Lilly Library, 1200 E. Seventh St., on the IU Bloomington campus. A brief media availability will take place immediately afterward. Arrangements have been made for electronic media covering the event in person.
Seating will be limited. All members of the IU community and the general public are invited to view the address in person or via live stream broadcasting at broadcast.iu.edu, where it will be archived for later viewing.
