BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Alvin Rosenfeld, director of the Robert A. and Sandra S. Borns Jewish Studies Program at Indiana University, has been named by President George W. Bush as a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
Rosenfeld, a noted Holocaust scholar, author and lecturer, will serve until 2007 on the council that oversees the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
