Singing Hoosiers Present 57th Annual Spring Concert

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Join Indiana University's Singing Hoosiers for an annual spring concert, "A Celebration of American Popular Song" on March 31, at 8 p.m. in the IU Auditorium. This is the 57th year for the concert.
Directed by Professor Michael Schwartzkopf, America's premier collegiate concert show choir will be joined by the IU Vocal Jazz Ensemble, led by Professor Patrice Madura, chair of the Department of Music Education at the IU Jacobs School of Music.

Comprised of approximately 120 student vocalists and instrumentalists with diverse majors, the Singing Hoosiers have traveled throughout the United States and Europe, been nominated for two Grammy awards, and recorded four albums with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.
