NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- Indiana University President Michael McRobbie will visit Southern Indiana on Tuesday, June 10.
McRobbie will tour the brand new IU Southeast lodges immediately following an appearance at the Jeffersonville Rotary Club. He will speak at noon during the Rotary Club meeting at Kye's in Jeffersonville.
This will be McRobbie's first visit to the soon-to-be-completed lodges. The five residence halls are on schedule to open in August and will house more than 400 students.
The lodges are the first major construction project at IU Southeast to be completed under McRobbie's tenure.
