IU Southeast Diversity committee to meet

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Indiana University Southeast Diversity Committee will meet on Tuesday (September 9) at 10 a.m. in University Center South (US-154) on the New Albany campus.
The Indiana Code requires that similar committees be formed on all campuses to review and recommend faculty employment policies concerning diversity issues; review faculty and administration personnel complaints concerning diversity issues; make recommendations to promote and maintain cultural diversity among faculty members; and make recommendations to promote recruitment and retention of minority students.
