LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The Indiana University men's soccer team continued its spring exhibition season Saturday, dropping a 1-0 decision to 2010 NCAA runner-up Louisville at Cardinal Park in Louisville, Ky.

In preparation for the 2011 fall season the Hoosiers continue to play with different looks to their lineup. Luis Soffner, who will be a junior this fall, played all 90 minutes in goal, posting five saves and allowing one score. The Indiana defense consisted of rising senior Chris Estridge at left back, rising junior Caleb Konstanski and rising senior Tommy Meyer in the middle, and rising sophomore Matt McKain at right back.

Head coach Todd Yeagley went with four players in the middle to start with Jacob Bushue, Harrison Petts, A.J. Corrado and Nikita Kotlov. All four players will be sophomores this fall. At forward, rising senior Alec Purdie teamed with rising redshirt freshman Kerel Bradford.

Indiana finished with four shots in the match, with one each coming from Petts, Estridge, Corrado and Bradford. Petts had the lone shot on-goal recorded for the Hoosiers in the match.

The game's only goal came in the 53rd minute with Louisville's Colin Rolfe beat his defender with a shot from the left side.

Indiana is back in action this Friday with its only spring match of the season at Armstrong Stadium. The Hoosiers will take on Evansville at 7:30 p.m. ET. Admission is free of charge.
