Indiana University graduate student Tian Ming won a national video contest sponsored by the U.S. Electronic Fair for China and India. Ming's video, which can be seen above, tells the story of a Chinese student who starts his own barber shop to provide free haircuts to other Chinese students. Contestants were asked to make a short video describing a unique experience they encountered in U.S. higher education.
