IU responds to Knight suit
Indiana University has been notified that former men's basketball coach Robert M. Knight has filed a lawsuit in Monroe County Circuit Court alleging breach of contract against Indiana University.
The university issued the following statement today in response to the lawsuit:
"Indiana University disagrees with the allegations made in the complaint. The university has fulfilled all of its obligations under the contract it had with Mr. Knight. Indiana University will defend its interests vigorously."
