The 2007 Public Opinion Survey on K-12 Education in Indiana gauged the attitudes and perceptions of a representative sample of Hoosiers on key educational issues including pre-kindergarten programs, school consolidation, school funding and taxes, school choice and charter schools, No Child Left Behind and state school accountability measures, and the educational achievement gap. Among the survey's findings is a slight increase in public pessimism about the general quality of schools in the state.
This is the fifth consecutive year that CEEP has conducted the Public Opinion Survey on K-12 Education in Indiana. More about CEEP, including complete reports of the past four public opinion surveys, is available on the CEEP website, https://ceep.indiana.edu/.
