BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- All students, faculty, and staff are invited to experience the many information technology (IT) resources and services available at Indiana University during the Make IT Happen TechFest hosted by IU's University Information Technology Services (UITS).
TechFest will kick off on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 10am to 4pm, at the Herman B Wells Library on the Bloomington campus. Other Techfest events will be held on all IU campuses throughout fall.
Visitors to TechFest will experience the latest in computers, software, and cell phones, along with the wide range of resources and support services available to the IU community. T-shirts and refreshments will be available for all who attend.
"At TechFest there will be opportunities to talk to the people who know IT at IU, to experience the latest in information technology, and to learn about cutting edge research," said Misty Wick, TechFest coordinator. "We see this event as an opportunity to put a face on IT support and service at IU, and for our user communities to give us feedback on their experiences."
This event is made possible thanks to IU's many vendor partners. For a list of sponsors, detailed event information, and TechFest events at other IU campuses, please visit: https://techfest.iu.edu/.
