IU Board of Trustees nominating committee to meet

July 22, 2013

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Indiana University Board of Trustees nominating committee will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, to discuss a slate of officers for 2013-15. The slate will be presented to the full board at its next regularly scheduled meeting Aug. 9.

The committee meeting will be held in the board office, Franklin Hall 200 on the IU Bloomington campus, as well as via conference call.

The Board of Trustees is Indiana University's governing board, its legal owner and final authority. The board holds the university's financial, physical and human assets and operations in trust for future generations. Its membership, terms of office, responsibilities, powers and electoral procedures are governed by the Indiana Code.
