Community invited to reception for interim president

Indiana University faculty, staff and students, as well as members of the general public, are invited to attend a welcome reception for Interim President Gerald Bepko and his wife Jean from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 27) at the IU Art Museum, 1133 E. Seventh St. on the Bloomington campus.

Frederick F. Eichhorn Jr., president of the IU Board of Trustees, and his wife Judy will host the gathering on behalf of the IU Board of Trustees. Parking will be available in the Jordan Avenue Parking Garage and at the Indiana Memorial Union.

Bepko, the long-time chancellor of IUPUI, assumed the interim presidency of IU on Jan. 1, and he will serve until a new president takes office.
