IUPUI Diversity Committee to meet

Thursday, May 8, 2008

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis Diversity Committee will hold its next meeting on Tuesday (May 13) from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. in AO 103 on the IUPUI campus.

The Indiana Code requires that similar committees be formed on all campuses to review and recommend faculty employment policies concerning diversity issues; review faculty and administration personnel complaints concerning diversity issues; make recommendations to promote and maintain cultural diversity among faculty members; and make recommendations to promote recruitment and retention of minority students.
