IU eyes shared cars to reduce traffic

A fleet of cars to be shared by folks on the IU campus could cut down on traffic, transportation officials at Indiana University say. IU transportation director Kent McDaniel's office is seeking proposals from companies to supply cars and trucks that can be rented by the hour, and would have designated parking spots on campus.
