To salute Indiana University's beginning in 1820 and its academic mission today, IU celebrated Founders Day 2008 with two separate events March 30. The first, in Assembly Hall, recognized the achievements of IU Bloomington's top students. Later in the afternoon at Alumni Hall in the Indiana Memorial Union, distinguished teaching and service awards were presented. View a short video of the festivities produced by Chris Meyer.
